Privacy policy

Last updated 20 October 2026

This policy explains what Offcamera Studio (“we”) collects when you use offcamera.studio, why, and what you can ask us to do with it. Questions or requests: hello@offcamera.studio.

What we collect

We do not ask for payment details on this site.

Visit statistics

To see which parts of the page help people, our own server records simple events such as “page viewed”, “scrolled halfway” or “form opened”, with the page version, the campaign tags and your device type (phone, tablet or desktop). It sets no cookies and stores no IP address: visits are counted with a code made from your IP address and browser that changes every day and can’t be turned back into either. Nothing you type is included, and the statistics never leave our server.

Why we use it

We don’t sell your details, and we don’t add you to a newsletter.

Cookies and browser storage

The site keeps a few small values in your browser’s session and local storage: the campaign tags you arrived with, which version of the page you saw, and any form you sent while offline, so it can be retried. These stay on your device. If we add advertising measurement such as the Meta Pixel, we will list it here and ask for your consent where the law requires it before it runs.

Who else handles your data

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, then deleted, unless you become a client, in which case our client contract sets the retention.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, object to how we use it, or ask us to stop contacting you. Email hello@offcamera.studio and we’ll reply within one month. If you’re unhappy with our answer, you can complain to your local data protection authority.
